Between April 4-9th, 2023 the 7th Annual Words Beats & Life Festival was held after a long hiatus due to the pandemic and lockdown. A year of planning culminated in the largest endeavor of our 21-year history, consisting of 13 concerts, educational workshops and, for the first time, parties. The community engagement and media reception was beyond our hopes. Check out how it went down from Downtown Washington DC to Baltimore.
