Sousena Audain

Sosena Audain (“au-DAH”) is a writer from Potomac, Maryland and a senior at Georgetown Day School. She recently published a poetry chapbook entitled Sosiology, (S-O-S-I-ology, which is a pun on her name), and it is available on Amazon. She has a novella titled The GIVID that was recognized by Kamala Harris. She is the Founder of The Literacy Cohort, a student action subcommittee dedicated to restoring local access to banned books. Her work has won a few national and international awards, including the National Silver Medal through Scholastic Art and Writing Awards and an award from the National Council of Teachers of English. She is currently an Executive Editor and Teaching Assistant with Polyphony Lit.
