Valentine’s Scratch, Sip & Paint
DJ & Graffiti Workshop
Looking for a unique way to celebrate Valentine’s Day? Join us for Scratch, Sip & Paint — a one-of-a-kind hip-hop experience in DC. Learn to create your own graffiti tag on our 10-foot mural wall and dig through our exclusive vinyl collection before creating your own mix on the turntables. All with the help of our professional instructors. Sip on free wine or cider as you relax and create with your boo or gal-entines. Don’t miss out on this exciting event. Limited spots are available, so grab your tickets now.
What to Expect:
The experience will be a mix of hands-on mixing and graffiti writing and presentations from our instructors. You will tag your name on a wall, scratch and mix your favorite hits and interact directly with the instructors to learn more about hip-hop culture. The venue is in the community wing of St Stephen’s Church in Columbia Heights, DC. The entire experience will be about two hours long.
We will provide drinks, with a selection of wine, cider or water. Valid ID will be required, and you must be of legal drinking age to be served alcohol. We will also provide all equipment such as turntables, vinyl and paint. Because you will be working with paint outside, plan to wear weather-appropriate clothes that you don’t mind getting messy

Hear From Our Patrons:
“This was an excellent date event for my girlfriend and I. We were able to tap into our creative side and got an intro into graffiti styles. The graffiti portion was worth the full price to us. We also had fun at the “scratch” section and learned more about vinyl and DJ equipment.”
- Dezmin
“This is an engaging, creative experience for out of town guests and locals alike! Mazi was very approachable and communicative when booking this experience. I’ll definitely try other WBL events when I’m back in town!”
- Olivia
“I would give this experience one million stars if I could. We went as a group of seven for a bachelorette party and every one of us had a blast! No one had ever done a similar experience before and it’s a great value as the two hours are packed full! The classroom is in an old church and Mazi met us outside and walked us right to the experience. He treated us to a variety of wines and we learned about graffiti and had time to practice both indoors and outdoors. The DJ portion was awesome and so hands on too! Thank you for providing us with such a fun experience!”
- Anne
