Students enrolled in the Business of Music & The Arts class are exposed to the music and arts industry and its various parts. Students are asked to immerse themselves in contracts, publishing, pitching music/art, distribution, and more. They are provided instruction and guidance, as well as the open space to learn, discuss, and develop necessary business skills to familiarize themselves with the inner workings of the industry while highlighting resources that help to create pathways to a sustainable career in the music and arts industry.
