Don’t just go to museums, get some unique experiences with deejaying and dive into hip hop culture when visiting D.C. with WBL’s Searching for Beats on Vinyl Airbnb class!
As a great family activity, group event, or even a date, making beats and learning about hip hop is a great adventure!
For beginners and advanced, learn from the best Djs with WBL! Get the most out of this event when in D.C., a local favorite with excellent value!
What to Expect:
This event is roughly an hour and and a half long session, starting with a brief hip-hop history lesson, and then jumping into hands on experience with the turntables. All equipment is provided, all you need to do is bring love for music!
Guests ages five and up can attend, up to 10 guests total. Parents can bring children under two years of age.
All participants must wear a protective face covering and practice social distancing.

By booking this experience, you will be directly supporting Words Beats and Life as we near our 20th year of operation. Words Beats and Life is a hip-hop non-profit that teaches and presents the core elements of hip-hop. For most of its history, it has taught young people, offering classes in graffiti, street art, and photography.
