William Hegwood - Member

William Hegwood works with organizations to enhance their training, talent development and customer service support.  His background includes 12 plus years in the field of education, including LMS administration, curriculum design and e-learning among others. In these roles, he designs, implements and evaluates the efficacy of training programs for all learners. 

William moved to the DMV in 2011 from New York. Both of his children attended school in DC.
