Knyja is a versatile communications specialist, skilled event moderator and dynamic keynote speaker. At her core, she is driven by a deep passion for positively impacting the world by leveraging her diverse talents and expertise.
Knyja's storied 25-year career has spanned various realms, including an impressive stint in television where she hosted an Emmy award-winning show. She has collaborated with high-profile figures, such as NFL legend Terrell Owens, for whom she had the honor of writing his Hall of Fame acceptance speech — an experience that has left an indelible mark on her journey.
In addition to her work with celebrities, Knyja has honed her skills as a masterful interviewer, crafting hard-hitting questions while putting her subjects at ease to capture rich, honest depictions of them. Education is another area of deep importance to Knyja, as evidenced by her MBA in Business Management from the Morris Graduate School of Management and her BA in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia College. She has dedicated countless hours to inspiring and motivating underprivileged teens, having spoken to over 75,000 students to date.
Currently, Knyja works in Oncology sales by day and is focused on curating her personal brand empire, Knyja Gadson Inc. - a cutting-edge initiative and labor of love. Through this platform, she coaches and teaches individuals, primarily women, on overcoming their fear of public speaking, communicating effectively and amplifying their voices. Her goal is to help 1 million people tell their stories.
